People living in East Delhi and near the area knows that we don't have the best of cafes but we still do manage with the small restaurants that serves delicious food. But now as we are talking about East Delhi and Cafes, there is a need to talk about Cafe Wink!
First of all, this cafe is in the most random place possible, in between a residential colony in a commercial complex but as you enter the cafe it leaves you in awe. Since 2010, Cafe Wink has been serving scrumptious Italian Cuisine in my neighborhood and I kid you not I have been a loyal customer since then. This small little cafe serves the best food in East Delhi.
From its Pastas to Lasagnas to Sandwiches to Shakes everything is lip-smackingly good. Cafe Wink serves you the best of everything. The food, the service, the ambience and what not?
Let me just take you to a virtual tour though Cafe Wink!
As you enter the cafe you realize the cafe is not really huge it is a small little cafe with about 7-8 wooden tables. You choose your table and sit down, a waiter will provide you with their menu and you start to order! As you start to look around you will see the walls are painted white in color with some white and blue graffiti on both the walls and some pretty lights hung on the other side.
As you order you will see you have enough options both for Vegetarians and Non-vegetarians. But it is not always sunshine and rainbows as everything that has pros has cons. As Cafe Wink started getting its popularity within no time it started increasing the prices like anything. Earlier, the cafe used to provide a lot of quantity at a very reasonable price and that's one of the reasons I loved going to the cafe. Another one of my bad experiences was when I found a hair in my food which was a big disappointment, as for cafe like Wink, I don't expect such a thing to happen. Though, they apologized quickly and asked to change the dish immediately but that doesn't change the fact how unhygienic it must have been.
Another negative point is its parking. Finding a parking can be little tough at times so if you are planning to drive your way, be prepared for a No-Parking situation.
But let's just say one thing everything has its pros and cons, so after knowing most possibly everything about the cafe, decide for yourself if you wanna pay a visit or not!
