HI GUYSSSSSS!! It has been long since I wrote a blog and I am very sorry for that. A few days back I made Chili Chicken and Chili Paneer for my family and I thought let me share the recipe with some of you guys as well! INGREDIENTS 300gms small pieces of chicken/Paneer For Marination : 1/2 Cup Cold water 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Sugar 1tsp Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt For Batter: 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 1/4 cup Cornstarch 2tsp Oil 1/8tsp. Baking Powder For Thickner: 1/4 cup water 1tsp.Cornstarch For Sauce: 4-5 Green Onions 1 Mid-Size Capsicum 1 Mid-Size Onion 1 Tbsp. Chopped Ginger 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic 2 tsp. Chilli Garlic paste 2-3 Tbsp. Soya Sauce 1/3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Black Pepper RECIPE: (for Chilli Chicken) Mix the chicken pieces

"Yeh Dil Mange Momos"

Being a momo-lover I couldn't have afford to miss India's first momo festival and oh well, my love for momos landed me at this festival! The festival served variety of momos- Pan-fried, Tandoori, Vodka, Chocolate(Yes, CHOCOLATE MOMOS), wheat and what not? All of the Delhi's most famous momo vendors were seen here; be it be Dolma Aunty ke momos from Lajpat Nagar or Brown Sugar, Vasant Kunj. Started at 12 in the noon on 4th October, it was a daylong fest which ended at 9pm in the night. As we all know, Delhi-ites are crazy over momos, it was a mad rush at the event! People were getting pushed and shoved which made everything a little messy. Some counters even got their stuff finished and we had to wait for long hours. Other than that, the event was really well organized, the decoration was simple yet elegant. Are you Too Indian?

"Too Indian" as the name suggests, is a little too Indian with a mix of modernism, sounds great isn't it? With the kitchen and bar this restaurant has upped their game by bringing a retail shop in their restaurant. Too Indian situated in Rajouri Garden is a new entry to the world of restaurants but with a totally different concept. Serving our very own desi dishes with a hint of modernism is the idea behind the restaurant. With the amazingly aesthetic interiors and courteous staff this restaurant is serving some delectable food! We were around 10-12 people just wanting to hog all the food. As you enter the restaurant, you see a big wall filled with little flower pots and in-between a small board saying Too Indian, as you settle in and look around you see the restaurant has a very chill vibe with some great music playing in the background, the waiter serves you with their welcome dish, i.e., Pomegranate sorbet- Chilled ice-candy, served in a miniature watering pot,
